What is Chakradance? 🎶

Chakradance is a blend of meditation, guided visualization, chakra resonant music, dance, and mandala art wrapped into Jungian psychology. It gently unravels buried feelings, unresolved memories, and unconscious inherited beliefs, all of which we hold in our bodies and in our energy centers, called the chakras. This blocked energy becomes the tension in our bodies, the illnesses we develop, and the negative patterns we keep repeating in our lives. Balancing your chakras will change your life.

About Liz Plant 🌿

My name is Liz Plant of "Grace & Ease". I have been interested in complementary therapies since the 1990s, starting with herbal remedies and the concept of "food as thy medicine and medicine as thy food." This journey led me to discover CranioSacral Therapy and Reiki Healing. Over the years, I have honed my healing abilities and embraced Chakradance as a profound healing modality. Both CST and Chakradance encourage self-healing, and I work as a facilitator to enhance your natural healing abilities.
