Heart Sharing

Join us for a transformative evening at our Heart Sharing Circle where the sharing can flow in whatever direction it needs to go.

What to expect? A safe, nurturing space where you can openly share your struggles and victories, using the powerful tool of heart sharing. With a talking stick in hand, one by one, we'll share our stories, our pains, and our triumphs. And in the quiet of listening, we find strength, connection, and unexpected paths to healing.

Important Note: You do not need to share details, as connecting with the effect an event is having on you is the best way to clear it.

Cost: $10 to cover costs.
Venue: Papanui Spiritual Centre, 150 Harewood Road, Christchurch.

Meet Your Facilitators!

Hi. I'm Amanda.

I've been involved with personal growth since I was in my 20's. I have trained in many different modalities and used them all for my own personal growth. I discovered heart sharing about 10 years ago and have been a regular participant and convenor of groups since. Some of my biggest breakthroughs have come through the heart sharing process with the support and sometimes challenge from loving and caring participants.

Hi. I'm Jenny.

I've been involved with heart sharing for approximately 2 years. I find it's a great way to look deep within and to process what needs to be worked through. Being witnessed in a safe and supportive environment is extremely powerful. Holding space for someone as they work through a process is just as powerful.

Navigating past trauma isn't always easy but in a heart sharing circle being held with support and love can give you the strength you need to move through the process
